Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. BOAVIDA has no account and no server, so we cannot see or restore your entries.
How do I keep my entries if I change phones?
Use Settings → Your data → Export to save a copy, or restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup.
My daily reminder does not appear.
Check that notifications for BOAVIDA are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications, and that a reminder time is set in the app.
Face ID does not unlock the app.
Make sure Face ID is set up in iPhone Settings and allowed for BOAVIDA. You can also unlock with your device passcode.
How do I delete all my data?
In the app, open Settings → Your data → Delete all data. Deleting the app also removes its data from your iPhone.
Is BOAVIDA a medical app?
No. BOAVIDA is a personal reflection journal and does not give health advice.
